Only fully paid-up Club members may enter and cost is as follows:

£4.00 for competitors in full time education

£6.00 for all other age groups.
The charges are per competitor (NOT per event).
Time
Sign-in between 9:00 and 9:30 am for a 10:00 am start.
Venue:
National Sports Centre Track & Field, 56 Groves Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM2 1RB. The venue has car parking facilities close to the Athletics Track - BUT NOTE THAT PERIMETER ROAD IS CLOSED, SO USE QB OVERFLOW CAR PARK, FOOTBALL PITCH CAR PARK, OR MAIN NSC CAR PARK BY SWIMMING POOL.
Please note that the results will not go on Power of 10 this year, due to a shortage of Officials, particularly Track Finish Judges.
If you cannot make it on the day, please send a Facebook message to "Neil Vondy"as this will avoid delays starting the competition.
When you arrive, please go to Commentary Box to receive your competition number - do not bring your R.G.S. Summer League number.
If time permits, we will of course also run the popular team relays at the end.
A provisional timetable will be posted on the Club's Facebook in the latter half of the week leading up to the Day's Championship.
